The creation station

We can offer outdoor catering for any public or private event from our "Creation Station", serving our Gourmet Longhorn burgers or minted lamb burgers.

All our burgers are made with only the best cuts of beef and lamb and are cooked on a flat grill with a choice of burger buns. Choose from a selection of local cheeses, homemade chutneys, relishes and salads to create your perfect burger.

We can also offer delicious Roti wraps filled with our BBQ Pulled Pork,

Again, your guests can choose from a selection of fresh salads and homemade chutneys to create their own individual mouthwatering Roti.
