We are a small family run farm in Wormingford, Colchester producing fabulous homemade pies and pastries from our own English Longhorn Beef, Lamb and Outdoor Reared Pork. Farm to Fork, Direct from Farm Meat Boxes of our own Beef, Lamb & Pork and Raw Jersey Milk from our herd of Jersey Cows.
The exceptional welfare of all our animals and our impact on the environment dictate how we run Colletts Farm.
Colletts Farm was established in 2010 and we pride ourselves on producing high quality produce straight from our farm nr Colchester, Essex.
Colletts Farm is home to the Colne Valley herd of pedigree Longhorn Cattle, our flock of cross bred sheep and our outdoor reared pigs. All of which are used in our mouth watering pies and pastries.
Born and reared on our farm, our prize winning, grass fed Longhorn cattle produce the finest beef available in mixed boxes or as individual cuts.
Our cattle are kept to the highest standards and mature slowly. They are then dry aged for 28 days to give you mouth watering beef.

Pork Pies and Pastries
We produce a delicious range of Pork Pies, Pasties, Sausage Rolls, Scotch Eggs and a selection of Ruff Puff pies from our Outdoor reared pork.
